Well Engineer at Shell Exploration and Production Services (RF) B.V. Well Engineer in Front –End Engineering Team. Salym Petroleum Development N.V. Job task:
Prepare design options for Well Construction, Completion, Abandonment Designs;
Develop, implement and review a strategy to optimize and improve Wells operation performance in: - Casing/Liner running operations - Drilling fluids program and hole cleaning - Drillstring and BHA design - Cement operations - Open Hole logging and survey operations
Define and Select Well Control Equipment and maintain Well Control;
Prepare Well Proposal/Well Functional Specifications for new designed horizontal wells with different completion types (cem/perf, OH completion, MSF), side tracks from abandonment wells, Achimov exploration wells.
Suppliers and Materials selection. Close work with procurement team to ensure safety stock.
Be a Technical Representative of Contract Holder for Service Contracts: Directional Drilling, Drilling Fluids, Cementing operations. Prepare tender documents pack: Contract, Technical Evaluation Matrix, Prequalification Matrix, KPI, Strategy Development and Contract Management Plan.
